At Pieces By Pia, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping of both premade and custom-made products.

### 1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the European Union. 

### 2. Processing Time
- Premade Products:** All premade products will be processed and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Custom-Made Products: Custom-made products will be processed and shipped within 14 days after they have been crafted. Please allow additional time for the creation of these items, as each piece is made to order.

### 3. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods based on destination and urgency. You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs will vary based on the method selected.

### 4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

### 5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, there may be times when delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or holidays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
